Inkjet Toner Refills has a 14 day return policy. Details of the policy are
provided below for your convenience.
Return Of Non-Faulty Goods
Goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt of delivery. The goods to be
returned must be in original sale condition and must not be damaged or opened
in any way. Upon return of the resaleable goods, a product exchange or credit
will be issued.
Return Of Faulty Goods
Due to the nature of many of the goods that we sell. We can not accept goods
as being faulty, until the goods have been tested by qualified staff at Inkjet
Toner Refills. Any goods that are returned will be inspected and/or tested before
any further action can be taken. All products unless otherwise stated, are sold
with the full warranty of the manufacturer. The warranty period and service
varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. Customers may be required to contact
the manufacturer directly for returning some products.
Three Easy Steps for return of Non-Faulty or Faulty Goods
Step 1. Complete the Return Authorisation
Form.
Step 2. Return the goods by carefully following the instructions that
are supplied with the Return Authorisation Number.
Step 3. Upon return of the goods at Inkjet Toner Refills, the goods
will be inspected before product exchange or credit will be issued. Returns
may take up to 7 days to process from the date of return of the goods, restocking
fees may apply to the return of non-faulty goods.
